We try to open doors 10 minutes before to ensure that pick up\u00a0time is calm and not too hectic.<\/p>\n<p>Staff try to be available to chat to parents at the end of the day but\u00a0there is also a lot of tidying up to do!<\/p>\n<p>We understand that parents are sometimes delayed unavoidably, but we\u2019ve noticed\u00a0that quite often there are still 5 or 6 children remaining\u00a0at 5 past 3 with the resulting knock on effect that staff\u00a0cannot leave on time.<\/p>\n<p>Please respect the fact that we\u00a0do not charge late collection fees like some private<br \/>\nnurseries.
